STATUS OF MY ONLINE ORDER

You can track your order in your account, through the Purchases section. If you are not registered, you will have this information by following the link that appears in any of the emails we have sent you regarding your order.

These are the statuses your order will go through:

  • Purchased: You have successfully completed your order.
  • In progress: We have received your purchase information.
  • In preparation: Your order is being prepared in the warehouse.
  • Shipped: The order has already left our facilities.
  • Pickup by carrier: Your order is on its way; you will receive it soon.
  • Delivered to customer: You have already received your order.

We remind you that you will receive updates on the status of your order by email.

When placing your order, you will see the estimated delivery date. You can track your order from your account or, if you placed the order as a guest, from the link included in the order-related emails.
