SPECIAL RETURN CONDITIONS

Some of our items, due to their special characteristics, must meet the following conditions to be returned or exchanged:

Swimwear: must include a hygiene sticker.
Underwear.
Women: may be exchanged or returned as long as they are in the same condition as when purchased and retain the protective bag or sticker we sent them to you.
Men: Underwear items cannot be exchanged or returned.
Children: Underwear items cannot be exchanged or returned except for socks, tights, tops, bodysuits, and undershirts that retain their original packaging.
Accessories: must be returned with their original bag or cardboard box intact.
Fragrances and candles: must be returned in the same original, sealed packaging.
Cosmetics: must be returned in the same original, sealed packaging.
Customizable items: Because these are personalized items, they cannot be exchanged or returned, and purchases of items with a personalized color cannot be canceled.
Bundles: Items that are part of a bundle cannot be returned separately.
Special packaging and additional accessories: Items that come with special packaging (cloth bags, special boxes, garment bags, etc.) or contain additional accessories must be returned with them and in their original condition.
