When processing your order, we will show you the available shipping methods, their cost, and the estimated delivery date.

Please note that deliveries are made only on business days.

4-5 business days - 6,95

The delivery times indicated above will be extended for the Balearic Islands, Ceuta, Melilla, and remote areas.

DELIVERY TO THE CANARY ISLANDS

5-7 business days - 9,95

DELIVERY IN EUROPE

4-5 business days - 6,95

DELIVERY IN THE UNITED STATES/CANADA

10-12 business days - 14.95 *

DELIVERY IN VENEZUELA

10-15 business days - $19.95*

* The buyer (importer) is responsible for paying import duties and taxes.

 

Shipping will be free for orders over 150,00 only for non-discounted items.

If you made your purchase as a registered user, you can change the delivery address by accessing your order details from your account; provided the order status allows it.

Remember: some of the above options may not be available depending on the time you place your order. We will show you the delivery date at the time of purchase.

WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY ORDER?

When you place your order, you'll see the estimated delivery date. You can track it from your account or, if you placed the order as a guest, from the link included in the emails related to your order.

CAN I CHANGE THE SHIPPING METHOD?

If the purchase is already complete, the selected shipping method cannot be changed.

WHAT HAPPENS IF MY ORDER HAS NOT BEEN DELIVERY?

If you were not present at the time of delivery, we suggest you contact us and we will review it with the carrier.

CAN MY ORDER BE DELAYED?

If we are unable to deliver your order on the estimated date, we will send you an email, and you will be able to see the new delivery date in your order details.

MY ORDER IS LISTED AS DELIVERED BUT I HAVE NOT RECEIVED IT. WHAT CAN I DO?

If you haven't received your order, but it's listed as delivered, we suggest you contact us and we'll review it with the shipping company.
