HOW CAN I PAY WITH A CARD OR CREDIT RECEIPT?

If we have provided you with a Card or Credit Receipt with the refund amount after a return, you can use it to place an order. You must select "Gift Card" as the payment method and enter the corresponding number.

I HAVE BEEN DOUBLE CHARGED FOR THE PURCHASE AMOUNT. WHAT CAN I DO?

Some banks may show a pre-authorization and a subsequent actual charge. This amount will be released automatically. If not, we recommend contacting your bank to expedite the release of the pre-authorization.
