RETURN CONDITIONS

You must process the return within the established timeframe:

Online purchases: You have 30 days from the date your order was shipped.

Items must be in their original condition and retain all tags.

Remember: your order details will show you the return deadline.

HOW SHOULD I PREPARE MY RETURN PACKAGING?

If you no longer have the original packaging, you can return your order in any other packaging, as long as it is properly sealed to prevent loss of the items. You don't need to write a shipping address on the package.

It's not necessary to include the purchase receipt.

HOW CAN I ACCESS MY RETURN LABEL?

You can access your return label whenever you want from the Returns section of your account. If you made your purchase as a guest, access it from the link included in any email related to your order.

CAN I RETURN ITEMS FROM DIFFERENT ORDERS IN A SINGLE SHIPMENT?

We remind you that you can return items from different orders in a single shipment. To do so, select all the items you wish to return, regardless of which order they belong to, and continue the return request process to the end. Remember that, during the process, you must indicate the number of boxes you will use to ship your return.
