
HOW TO MAKE AN EXCHANGE
At les trois, we give you the option to exchange your purchased items free of charge. We'll explain the terms and conditions and how you can do so.
CONDITIONS FOR EXCHANGING YOUR EXCHANGE
You must process the exchange within the established timeframe:
Online purchase: you have 30 days from the date your order was shipped.
Items must be in their original condition and retain all tags.
ONLINE EXCHANGE
If you purchased an item online, we offer you the option to request a size exchange through our website.
The process is very simple: just select the items you want to exchange and the size you would like to receive. The selected items will be sent in a new order, and you will have to return any items you don't want. We offer several options, which you can find in the How to Return section.
You can return unwanted items within 14 days from the date you request the exchange. If we have not received the items involved in the exchange process after this period, the payment method used for the new items will be charged to the payment method used for the purchase.
If you wish to modify or cancel your exchange request, please contact us so we can process it.
FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
IN WHICH CASES CAN'T I REQUEST AN EXCHANGE ONLINE?
In the situations indicated below, it is not possible to request an exchange online.
You will not have the online exchange option for orders paid with: PayPal or Apple Pay.
The exchange option will not be displayed if the purchased item is a one-size-fits-all or if it is no longer available.
Online exchanges will not be available for purchases that include a Gift Receipt. You always have the option to return a purchase.
No more than two exchange requests can be made simultaneously, but you can include up to a maximum of 5 items in each request.
The online exchange option will only be available for orders placed as a registered customer through our website.
