CAN YOU CANCEL YOUR ORDER?
You can cancel a purchase as long as the order status allows it. If available, you'll see this option in your les trois account, in the order details. If you made the purchase as a guest, you can manage it from the link in your purchase confirmation email.
CAN YOU MODIFY THE DELIVERY ADDRESS OF YOUR ORDER?
If you are a registered user and have chosen home delivery, you can modify the shipping address of your order, as long as its status allows it. You can do so by accessing the order details from your account.
CAN YOU MODIFY THE ITEMS IN YOUR ORDER?
If you have already completed the purchase, it is not possible to delete or modify items. If you wish, once you receive the order, you can manage an exchange or return.
